How long is delivery time?
Each Artefilo design is custom-made to order. Please allow about seven to ten working days from purchase to delivery within Europe. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Are there imperfections in the products?
Yes — and we embrace them. Our designs are not mass-produced; they’re crafted from organic materials using 3D printing. Slight variations or imperfections are part of the charm, showing the authentic nature of a one-of-kind object.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our products carefully to capture their true colors. Still, because we use batches of circular/upcycled materials, each piece will have its own subtle differences. No two are ever exactly the same.
Which bulbs work with your lamps?
Our lamps are designed for LED bulbs only (to prevent overheating). Wattage is up to you, but we recommend 4–10W depending on your space.
Can I request a longer cable?
Yes. Just let us know when placing your order and we’ll arrange it.
Are your vases waterproof?
Yes, our vases hold water safely. However, to extend their lifespan, we recommend using them with dry or decorative flowers.
Can I choose custom colors?
In many cases, yes. If you’d like a specific color, contact us before placing your order. Customization may involve an additional charge, depending on the nature of the coloration and material request.
Can I see the products in person?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to book a visit to our workshop in Noord Holland to see how we create our designs. Because the space is small and we are not always there, the opportunity window is limited, so contact us in advance to arrange a time.
Can I become a reseller?
Yes. If you’d like to stock Artefilo products in your shop, please contact us. Please be aware that because each piece is unique, delivery schedules and terms may vary.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — either with a full replacement or repair.
Do you ship outside Europe?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the EU. However we do our best to accommodate international orders, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange your shipping.
How do I care for my Artefilo products?
Our pieces are made to last, but gentle care helps extend their life. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners, and keep away from direct heat sources. Our Lamps should only be used with LED bulbs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
